annually. We urge you to consider purchasing these AIG Travel
Guard™ policies to coveryour vacation investment.

Your purchase of an AIG Travel Guard trip insurance policy will provide broad insurance protection for many unforeseen causes of a trip cancellation, interruption or delay. Travel insurance provides reimbursement for the portion of your trip missed if you are forced to cancel or interrupt your trip for reasons, such as a mandatory, government-ordered hurricane evacuation, sickness, injury or death. Travel insurance provides other coverage as well, including delayed baggage, medical expenses and emergency medical transportation.
Cost
The cost of a North Carolina Mountain Villas insurance policy provided by AIG Travel Guard is just 7% of your total rental fee. Important Note: Guests who initially decline insurance protection can elect to purchase a policy up to the date the final rental payment is made OR 30 days prior to arrival at the rental property, whichever comes first. If you are making a new reservation and scheduled to arrive in less than 30 days, you may purchase insurance as long as you do it at the time of booking.

• When completing the Reservations form, indicate your acceptance within the comments section.
It will be added to your bill/credit card and noted
on your e-mail Reservations verification.
• We hope you will never need it, but be sure to
open the AIG Travel Guard™ Policy (Acrobat .pdf

to read, print, save and carry it with you on your trip.

Security Deposit:
Your credit card will be charged a $500.00 damage security deposit. The deposit is refunded within 30 days of your departure if there is no damage to the unit or accessories.
Security Deposit Protector:
You may purchase the security deposit protector at a cost of $45.00. If you chose this option, you will not be charged the $500.00 security damage deposit. This policy covers unintentional damages to the condo interior that are disclosed to management prior to check-out, minus a $20.00 deductible per occurance. The policy will pay a maximum of $1500.00, any damages that exceed $1500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.
