The owners of North Carolina Mountain Villas and its
property management associates take your privacy seriously.
This privacy policy covers how we treat personal information
that we collect and receive, including personal information
such as your name, address, email address, or phone number,
and financial information such as credit card numbers.
Information Collection and Use
North Carolina Mountain Villas collects personal information
when you make reservations and rent property. North Carolina Mountain Villas automatically receives and records
information on our server logs from your browser, including
your IP address, North Carolina Mountain Villas cookie
information, and the page you request. North Carolina Mountain Villas may use or analyze the information in order
to fulfill your requests for services, to improve our services,
to improve Web site content, or to develop advertising. We
may use the information to contact you or conduct internal
research.
Children
When anyone age 21 or under attempts to make a reservation
for a condominium, we ask that he or she have a parent or
guardian contact us to extend permission and agree that the
renter will be accompanied by a legal adult over age 25 while
temporarily residing on our property. North Carolina Mountain Villas
will not contract with anyone under age 25 and we do not expect
anyone under age 21 to provide personal information for making
reservations; these must be made using a parents name and
credit card.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
In the event that North Carolina Mountain Villas cannot
meet your condominium rental needs, we may provide your contact
information to a trusted, local condominium property manager
we normally contract with, so that this partner can provide
you with the rental unit you seek.
We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process,
and may establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against
legal claims. If necessary, we will share information in order
to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal
activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential
threats to the physical safety of any person, or property.
Also, we may share information with law enforcement agencies
to enforce violation of building codes or rental terms, such
as safety codes, contractual terms such as occupancy limits
or for any activities otherwise required by law.
Cookies
North Carolina Mountain Villas may set and access cookies
on your computer.
North Carolina Mountain Villas may allow other companies
that show advertisements on our pages to set and access their
cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies
is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers
or other companies do not have access to North Carolina Mountain Villas cookies.
Confidentiality and Security

independent organization that empowers the public, especially

contains no objectional material that might be considered
harmful to young children. We display the ICRA logo and have
rated this site for their use. The Internet Content Rating
Association does not rate internet content — each
content provider does this, using the ICRA system and guidelines.
To qualify for a rating, we have completed a questionaire
describing the content of this site and identified the type
of content that is and isn't present. The ICRA generates a
Content Label (a short piece of computer code) which has been
added to this site. Users, especially parents of young children,
can set their internet browser to allow or disallow access
to Web sites based on the objective information declared in
ICRA labels and the subjective preferences of the user. Web
sites that are unrated are not viewable from within any browser
that is set to use this feature.
Content Labels generated by ICRA conform to an internet industry
standard known as PICS - the Platform for Internet Content
Selection. ICRA's forerunner, the Recreational Software Advisory
Council (RSAC) was involved in the development of the standard,
created by the World Wide Web Consortium. The RSACi system
(RSAC on the internet) has been incorporated into Netscape

non-profit making organization with offices in both Brighton,
UK and Washington DC, USA. Members include many of the internet
industry's leading names from around the world. The ICRA and
the ICRA logo are registered as trademarks in the UK and USA
